Account Opening
You may open an account through the following ways:
(1) Face-to-face
You may visit our office in person with the documents required for account opening.
(2) By post
If you would open an account by post, please download and complete the Account Opening Form and Client Agreement from the website of ISR Securities and return to our office by post together with all account opening documents and a crossed personal cheque in the sum not less than HK$10,000.00 made payable to “International Standard Resources Securities Limited”. Your cheque should be issued by a Hong Kong registered bank bearing your name identical to your identity documents and your signature identical to the signature shown on the Client Agreement.

Documents required for account opening
A. For individual or joint account
- 1. Valid Hong Kong Identity Card or passport (For holders of National Identity Card or passport, Certificate of Entry and Exit Dates must be provided)
- 2. Proof of residential address within 3 months after issue (such as water, utility or telephone bills, bank statements, etc.)
- 3. Valid bank account information (name of bank and bank account number)
B. For corporate account (company incorporated in Hong Kong)
- 1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (Certified true copy)*
- 2. Copy of current Business Registration Certificate (Certified true copy)*
- 3. Memorandum & Articles of Association (Certified true copy)*
- 4. Copy of Company Search Report (e.g. latest Annual Return) (Certified true copy)*
- 5. Board minutes approving opening of account and authorised persons (Certified true copy)*
- 6. Copy of identification for all director(s), substantial shareholder(s), authorised representative and the ultimate beneficiary (For corporation, please provide a copy of Certificate of Incorporation) (Certified true copy)*
- 7. Latest audited financial statements (If not available, management account certified by a director must be provided)
- 8. Director’s personal guarantee (For margin account)
C. For corporate account (company incorporated Overseas)
- 1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (a copy of Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Registrar must be provided if the Company was incorporated more than 12 months) (Certified true copy)*
- 2. Memorandum & Articles of Association (Certified true copy)*
- 3. Copy of Certificate of Incumbency issued by the company’s registered agent in the place of incorporation within the recent 6 months (the name of the registered agent should match with Memorandum & Articles of Association, otherwise the letter of appointment of the new registered agent issued by the board of directors must be provided) (Certified true copy)*
- 4. Board minutes approving opening of account and authorised persons (Certified true copy)*
